Malik Nabers is a native of Youngsville, Louisiana, and played college football at LSU, where he became the school’s all-time leader in receiving yards. Lafayette, Louisiana (KNGT-FM) – Former LSU Tiger Malik Nabers will be coming back and giving back to the kids of Louisiana with a Youth Football Camp.

The former Southside Shark standout, and now star wide receiver for the New York Giants, is returning to the Bayou State this summer to host two youth football camps. If your kid loves football, this is a can’t-miss chance to learn from someone who made it all the way to the NFL.

Malik Nabers isn’t just any NFL player. The former Southside High School Shark had an incredible rookie season in 2024. He broke the New York Giants’ record for most catches in a season with 109, and Malik also became the first Giants rookie to make the Pro Bowl since Odell Beckham Jr.

Campers will get a group photo with Malik, a limited-edition Flexwork Camp T-shirt, and maybe even a few surprises. Space is limited, and prices may go up as the camps fill up.

 

The first camp will be on Friday, June 6, at Acadiana Charter School Stadium in Youngsville, and the second will be on Saturday, June 7, at Clark Field in Lafayette. Both camps run from noon to 3 p.m. and are open to kids ages 6 to 14.
