Deuce Knight (QB – George County, MS)
A five-star quarterback, Knight flipped his commitment from Notre Dame to Auburn in October 2024. Standing at 6’4″ and 213 pounds, he boasts impressive high school stats, including 2,082 passing yards and 24 touchdowns in his senior year. His dual-threat capabilities make him a dynamic addition to the Tigers’ offense.
Alvin Henderson (RB – Thompson High School, AL)
Henderson set Alabama high school records with 10,766 career rushing yards and 193 touchdowns. In his senior season, he rushed for 3,620 yards and 62 touchdowns, earning both the MaxPreps Alabama Player of the Year and Alabama Gatorade Player of the Year honors.
Jared Smith (EDGE – Thompson High School, AL)
A five-star edge rusher, Smith was instrumental in leading Thompson High School to the 7A state championship. He was named the 7A Defensive Player of the Year and is expected to make an immediate impact on Auburn’s defensive line.
Anquon Fegans (S – Thompson High School, AL)
Fegans recorded 72 tackles, nine tackles for loss, five interceptions, and two forced fumbles in his senior season. He was named the Shelby County Athlete Player of the Year and is ranked as the No. 6 safety nationally.
Blake Woodby (CB – Auburn High School, AL)
A local talent, Woodby is expected to contribute to Auburn’s secondary depth, providing additional options in the cornerback position.
🔄 Transfer Portal Additions
Eric Singleton Jr. (WR – Georgia Tech)
Singleton, a sophomore with two seasons of experience at Georgia Tech, recorded 1,428 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns. He was named a freshman All-American in 2023 and is anticipated to bolster Auburn’s receiving corps.
Raion Strader (CB – Miami (OH))
Strader started 12 of 13 games as a freshman, totaling 57 tackles, 13 pass breakups, and an interception. He was named a Freshman All-American and led the nation in pass breakups in 2024 with 18. His addition strengthens Auburn’s cornerback position.
Xavier Chaplain (OT – Virginia Tech)
Chaplain, a 6’7″, 325-pound offensive tackle, earned honorable mention All-ACC honors and was a third-team All-American in 2023. He is expected to provide immediate support to Auburn’s offensive line.
Mason Murphy (OT – USC)
Murphy brings experience with 22 starts over four seasons at USC. He started 12 games in 2024, all at right tackle, and is anticipated to contribute to Auburn’s offensive line depth.
Preston Howard (TE – Maryland)
Howard recorded 189 receiving yards on 24 receptions at Maryland. He will compete for playing time in Auburn’s tight end rotation following the departures of key players.
Chris Murray (EDGE – Sam Houston State)
Murray, a 6’4″, 245-pound edge defender, recorded 5.5 sacks and 35 tackles in the 2024 season. He chose Auburn over Kentucky and will add depth to the Tigers’ defensive line.
Auburn’s 2025 recruiting class is ranked among the top five nationally, bolstered by the additions of Knight, Henderson, Smith, and Fegans.
