2025-2026 National Title Odds Open

I was looking at the odds for OSU/ND and noticed that FanDuel had already posted the odds for 2026. Here they are with a little information.

1. OSU(+450) I was surprised to see us as the favorite, but I’m guessing the current run is impacting that. We will have by far the top receiving room and the best defensive player in Downs. Assuming Kelly/Knowles are the coordinators, both sides should be top ten despite the talent drain.
2. Oregon(+600) I was surprised to see a team with 17 seniors start so high, but they recruited successfully and made extensive use of the site. Eugene also has a high opinion of Dante Moore.
3.   Texas(+650) They lose almost all of their offensive line, defensive line, and secondary players, but they bring everyone else back and have recruited extremely well. Most people will have them at #1.
4. Georgia(+650) They’ve received good news from NFL decisions, brought in a lot of portal players, and haven’t lost much to begin with. The question is whether the offense can improve with Stockton at quarterback and Bobo as coordinator. If this club is ranked fourth, they may be the most underappreciated.
5. PSU(+950) They return a lot from a semifinal squad and are the only top-5 club on this list with the same quarterback. The question is how they will replace Tyler Warren, Abdul Carter, and the RB room. Those men kind of carried them.

6. Based on odds those 5 are a big step ahead of everybody else. After that there is a big drop off. Some other interesting teams

   • Notre Dame(+1400) is 7th
   • Michigan(+4000) is 15th
   • Clemson(+2200) is 10th but by far the best team in the ACC
