Netflix Has Announced Its Next Docuseries Will Center Around The 2025 SEC Football Season
Netflix is set to release an eight-part docuseries in the summer of 2025, offering an unprecedented behind-the-scenes look at the Southeastern Conference (SEC) during the 2024 college football season. Produced by Box to Box Films—the acclaimed studio behind Formula 1: Drive to Survive and Full Swing—the series promises to immerse viewers in the drama, passion, and pageantry of SEC football.
The docuseries will consist of eight 45-minute episodes, providing unfiltered access to coaches and players across ten SEC programs: Arkansas, Auburn, Florida, Kentucky, LSU, Mississippi State, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas A&M, and Vanderbilt. Notably, teams such as Alabama, Georgia, Missouri, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, and Texas opted not to participate in the series. Each episode will delve into various aspects of the teams’ journeys, from locker rooms and team buses to barbershops and fire pits, capturing the essence of college football life both on and off the field.
