Alabama FC Central

  • Director of Coaching: Mateo G. Peral
    With nearly a decade at Alabama FC Central, Mateo has led multiple teams to state cup championships. His coaching journey began at HSC in 2008, where he served as head coach and later as the Girls Director of Coaching from 2013 to 2015. Mateo holds NSCAA National Diploma and USSF National Licenses and has experience playing at the professional level. (alabamafcsouth.org)
  • Director of Soccer Operations: Sean Doran
    A long-standing member of the director staff, Sean has been instrumental in Alabama FC’s growth into a premier soccer destination in the Southeast. Known for his smart, driven, and detail-oriented approach, he continues to coach players and teams in his new role. (Birmingham United Soccer Association)
  • ECNL/ECNL-RL Program Assistant: Martin Maguire
    Martin brings experience from working with Arsenal’s ECNL Program in California. He will serve both boys and girls ECNL/ECNL-RL teams and support Director of Operations Sean Doran with league logistics. Additionally, Martin will provide club-wide skills training, adding two nights of additional skill training to ensure players have the opportunity to train four days a week next fall.
