A former 5-star from Auburn is moving to the fourth program.

Former Auburn five-star basketball recruit Yohan Traoré has entered the NCAA Transfer Portal, marking his fourth program change in as many years. The 6-foot-10 French forward began his college career at Auburn in 2022, then transferred to UC Santa Barbara for the 2023–2024 season, and spent the 2024–2025 season at SMU.

Traoré, who was a Nike Hoop Summit participant in 2022, has yet to find a long-term fit at the collegiate level. His journey reflects the challenges faced by high-profile recruits in adapting to new systems and finding consistent playing time.
